HISTORY

The origins of the Tyumen Machinery Plant CJSC can be traced back to 1946 when the Tyumen Automobile Repair Plant was founded. Due to experience gained in the overhaul and maintenance of civil and military vehicles, the production of clutch discs for trucks and passenger vehicles has been established since the early 1980s. Proprietary developments have been patented and implemented for improving the clutch discs performance.

Currently, the Plant manufactures and sells over 240 thousand clutch discs and covers per year for all types of trucks, buses, agricultural, and special vehicles, both domestic and imported ones. The products of the Plant are highly demanded in Russia, countries of the CIS republics, and other countries across the world.

The Plant’s products meet all established state standards and requirements, as supported by relevant certificates, including ISO 9001. Only high-quality raw materials are used for the manufacturing of the products.

The main activity of the company is the production of clutch discs and covers for all types of trucks, buses, and special vehicles both of domestic manufacture (for vehicles: MAZ, KAMAZ, URAL, KrAZ, GAZ, UAZ, Volga, ZiL, PAZ, KAvZ, and tractors) and imported ones (VOLVO, SCANIA, MAN, IVECO, Mercedes-Benz, DAF, Shacman (Shaanxi), FAW, HOWO).

The mission of the company is to manufacture clutch driven discs, covers, and other automotive components for domestic and imported trucks and passenger vehicles.

The primary objectives of the company:

Holding and strengthening the company's position in the Russian automotive parts market. Meeting consumer demands and exceeding their expectations profitably and at a high level in terms of product quality and reliability.

Ensuring the enterprise's sustainable development through continuous product quality improvement, continuous management system improvement, and improvement of the enterprise's and its employees' welfare.

The general trend in the development of the company's product range is directed to the production of spare parts for trucks, buses, and special vehicles.
